The Dance of the Summer Solstice
So in sync with the Summer Solstice that happens today. I wanted to do a picture so I decided to revamp the picture I made last year on the solstice, and I feel better for making this happen.
This is my first time doing a screen cap of different phases so hopefully it goes well.
I still have not found a name for this character but one would come soon, hopefully.
Rough Sketch. It seems messy but the different colors allowed me to pinpoint what to do.
Final Outline - I wind up adding more to this picture so a bit longer on the outlining. Separate piece of clothing is on a different layer.
Base Layer - Layers clipped into one layer keeping the single layer.
Shading and Specific Detail- While putting in the shaded parts, I wanted to work more on the details as my mind scatters alot.
Additional Detail - Added in more detail with specific areas of shadings and lighting. Also made the separate cloth made and transparent.
Background - Added the background which was a bit difficult which the first idea was having issues so I stuck with the concept of seeing the Summer Solstice within the Stonehedges.
